If you could invite 5 authors (dead or alive) to dinner who would you invite?
Omg, hard!!!!
But, Jane Austen. Yes, queen, that wit and just yes!
JRR. Tolkien. It would be so interesting getting inside his head
Elizabeth Chadwick, it just hit me I have been enjoying her historical fiction books for almost 25 years, and I think it would be interesting talking to her
Siegfried Sassoon, ok so poet, but hey that is an author. He could talk to Tolkien how war is hell.
And last, Rachel Aaron, because that would just be fun

That would be an amazing dinner!
ReplyDeleteI need to be there
DeleteGreat choices! Jane Austen would be interesting. I think Charlotte Bronte too. I always wonder about the women who wrote romances back in the day where women writers weren't as widely published.
ReplyDeleteBoth would be wonderful and I would be utterly scared to utter a word, lol
DeleteThat is a really tough question! I would probably pick more contemporary authors.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to mix it up
DeleteOoo, that would be a fantastic dinner! I would invite the Brontë girls too, and maybe their brother who could do guest portraits.
ReplyDeleteOh, fancy. I would love that dinner
DeleteNow, that would be an entertaining dinner party.
ReplyDeleteOne can only imagine
DeleteI would love a convo with Rachel Aaron and Anne Bishop
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, I love it
DeleteOh, this is such a great question! Not surprised at all at the Jane Austen, lol.
ReplyDeleteYeah, you know me. No surprise there hehe
