Paper, electronic, audio... How do you read?

AUDIOBOOKS = LOVE

I would never have started listening to audiobooks if it hadn't been for blogging, and I am super grateful to you fellow audio lovers. It has become my first love.

Paper. Hey, I am old school and I love the feel of a book in my hands. I want to look at them, look at them on my shelves and have two pages open at the same time,

Electronic is last.I will always choose paper over it. It is faster for me, my e'reader is not the best. It is not a joy reading on it and I always forget faster what I have read.

  1. I'll always prefer a physical book but audio and e-book is so much easier and I'm loving audiobooks right now. I don't think I would have read anything this year without them lol

  2. I feel the same way about audiobooks and I am so grateful to fellow book lovers for introducing me to audiobooks. I actually discovered them from a group of readers on Shelfari (before goodreads and before I blogged) and have never looked back!

    1. I discovered them pretty late, but I blame it all on not having the option for a higher speed then

  5. Mostly audiobooks too these days. It used to be my side format, but I've come to listen to them almost exclusively now!

  7. For me it's paper first, ebook and audio.

  8. Like you, I've gotta have physical books in hand, and love seeing them on my bookshelves. Audio and electronic don't work for me, but I fear that 30-40 years from now that may be the way to go for everyone. Hope you're doing well! Hugs, RO

And I guess one day I will like ebooks more

  9. I'm the opposite since ebooks are what I read most, then audio, and then paper. I can't read mass market at all since my eye sight started going or I would probably read more paper books. :)

  10. My top preference is paper, most of my reading is done at night and I like being able to prop a book up on my lap while my husband watches a show. But audiobooks are perfect when I'm doing a project like painting or washing windows, so handy!

  11. I just read it took someone a decade to get used to audio books and I might also take that long to me to try them again because I really don't seem to like them.

I love paper books and there wil never be a replacement for them but sometimes it's easier to get an ebook. It's pretty much what I read these days.

    Have a lovely day.

    1. I did not like them at all first, but then I realised that I could listen at 1.8 and boom :D

  12. I don't have the patience for audiobooks. lol
I like print books the best but have no more room for the books on my bookshelves. So I read ebooks more these days.

  13. I am the same about audiobooks - I love it. But I can't listen when I'm just "sitting on the sofa" and then I prefer ebooks. Love my Kindle.
