Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in July 4, 2014

Saturday 30 min walk and 30 min bike
Sunday - Shit, if I do not mention it on twitter I do not remember :/
Monday - 30 min bike and 50 min walk
Tuesday - 18 km bike and 40 min walk
Wednesday - 5 km bike and 30 min walk
Thursday - At least 30 min cos it rained, I remember that at least
Friday 1,5 hour bike

My workout classes are over for the summer, I miss them :/

  11. I know I keep saying it, but I really need to get moving again. If only life would slow a bit and I was in one place long enough to get exercising in on my day. You are doing well with this. :) Keep up the great work!
