#FitReaders: Weekly Check-In March 20 2015

Sun, 1.50 h walk
Mon, 8 km bike, 45 zumba toning, 30 min walk
Tue 1 hour walk, 4 km bike, 1 hour yoga
Wed 45 min walk, 4 km bike
Thu 30 min walk, 4 km bike
Fri  30 min walk, 4 km bike

I had a setback this week (it did not help that zumba classes got cancelled). But I was all, why bother? I am still on the same weight. Hey I weighed less when I did not exercise this much.

And then the battery died on my fitbit, sigh. But actually that was kind of a relief, cos I am obsessed with my 10 000 steps.

Yes no DNFS, so here is a pic of Luci instead

  1. I had a hard time staying motivated this week. I did workout but it was because I forced myself to and I whined the whole time.

    1. It must be something in the air, we are not alone in it

  2. Easy to get caught up in the step totals, isn't it? And then to have the fitbit battery go. Hang in there.
    Love the Luci pic.

  5. No DNFs, that's a good thing right? And there's your adorable kitty again :)

I need to dig up my fitbit again, this spring I should make it a goal to get into shape.

  8. Lol, your cat is called LUCI? I cannot tell you how funny this is for me. I knew someone called that once... It's got to be the best pussycat name ever! LOL. How exactly could you have weighed LESS when you weren't exercising like the maniac that you totally are now?!? :D I swear, your body must be one of those mysteries that nature never intends for us to solve... Hope you're having a beautiful Sunday, Linda. Those pics are really neat :)

  12. Yea for Luci!! I am very jealous of your no-snow days. What did it do here on the first two days of spring? SNOWED! UGH!

Have you gotten a new battery yet? I keep meaning to get a fitbit, but I still haven't.
