December 5th : Best Audiobooks of 2017

Well, obvi this has been the year of audiobooks for me. I fell in love. I can not get enough so here are a few of my favorites from this year.

I have been wanting to read this one for years, but to my eternal sadness there has only been audio available every time I have looked. Then I started to actually like audio and had the chance to try it and loved it.

This one was great on audio! I always enjoy contemporary romance, but they seldom hit the spot, but this one on audio. Damn, it did. It was meant for that.

While this one tore me apart. It was tough listening to it and I felt sick. This poor poor girl. Her thoughts echoed in my head afterwards.

Owl is so fun on audio. I actually read the previous book, but did not connect as much. I needed audio!

Cute and fun alert :D

I will leave you with these. They are many many more

  3. More and more people are listening to audio, but for the life of me, I just can't do it. Usually I fall asleep, or lose interest. If paper books go away and we only have audio, I have no clue what I'll do. (lol) Hugs...RO

  5. I still can't get into audio books...I can't multitask and to just sit there and listen is too slow. I'd rather just read the book since I would finish in a few hours. lol

  6. my new love is audible and my favorite things to listen to are novels that I've previously read and see the different feel between the two, usually the audible version gives me a deeper more personal feel for the book

  13. This was the year of the audiobook for me as well b/c I've incorporated them into more of my daily routine- walks, chores, and travel. You've tried so many that I still have on my list. Glad they are good. I do notice that any sort of emotion- sad, horror, comedy, and even love scenes are so much deeper felt for me with audio.

  15. I tried Owl on audio this year... I haven't yet gone to get book 2... it was okay for me.

My favorites this year are all three of the Ilona Andrews/Renee Raudman books that came out, the two-book series HIM by Elle Kennedy and Sarina Bowen, and Etched in Bone by Anne Bishop. However, I have another 6 or so that I gave 4.5-5 stars to. It was a good audiobook year!
