TMST

Tell Me Something Tuesday is a weekly discussion post where bloggers discuss a wide range of topics from books and blogging to life in general. Weigh in and join the conversation by adding your thoughts in the comments. If you want to do your own post, grab the question and answer it on your blog. Feel free to leave your links in the comments if you are participating.

9/7/2021  Libraries... do you use yours?

Obviously! Are there people who do not?! Omg, who are these people?

Though sadly I never have time anymore cos it's a 15 min car ride to both. But I and S go to the bookmobile every week, though she is the one getting books ;) The English section in the book mobile is not exactly big so if I want something I request it sent there.

But yes, born and raised to love the library

9/14/2021 When does it become too late to comment on a blog post?

9/21/2021 Have you ever bought a book just because you fell in love with the cover? And did such book live up to it?

9/28/2021 Do you read 1 book at a time? or multiple?

  1. I confess that I don't. I need to go by car and it's not free so... well...

  2. I used to back when I had a car. My agoraphobia keeps me from going out now.

  3. I read e-books and I've managed to borrow a few from the library, but they don't have many that are by authors I like.

  5. Since Covid, I've only visited my local library twice. Still, I extensively use their digital collection, so I guess that counts for something.

  6. Is the book mobile an extension of the local library? Because that counts!

    1. Yup :) Both my main libraries have one and it visits a lot of places. I have two stops 10 min from me.

  7. I sure do! Mostly for audiobooks though, but my library does have quite a great online collection :)

  8. I use the library a lot online! I rarely visit in person, though.

  9. I love my local library. It's close to my daughter's school, so convenient enough to get to. Maybe a little too often...I seem to overload my book bag when I stop in.

  10. I need to do better about checking out books in person now that we have our own town library, but Overdrive lets me be lazy and check out books online.

  11. I just started using mine a few years ago. I never wanted to check out actual books & my FL library had a horrible app but now I have Libby and Hoopla and it changed everything.

  12. I use mine much more now that they have ebooks and audios I can just download. The one closer to me has stupid AF hours.
