oh look at you go here!!! I love this idea. Zumba is fun but challenging.
ReplyDeleteI do love zumba :D
DeleteDancing totally counts! You had a good FitReader week.
ReplyDeleteKaren @For What It's Worth
I noticed I am sore today, so I def used some belly muscles ;)
DeleteOh snow again, I wonder if we'll have any. today it's raining too
ReplyDeleteIt was gone in 1 day this time
DeleteI had a Christmas party for work on Friday. Last year, we had it in January. You had a good week.
ReplyDeleteIn Jan! That is late. We had ours in Nov last year
DeleteYuck-- the amount of daylight sounds sad.
ReplyDeleteHope that you enjoyed the christmas party though
It's horrid. Sun is not up when I go to work, and long down when I get home from work
DeleteUgh, I hate short days of sunlight. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteEspecially when the sky is grey and you never see the sun anyway
DeleteYou had a great week!!! And I agree - dancing totally counts :) We haven't had snow here yet, but it's only a matter of time...we've had frost on the ground every morning for the past few mornings, but then it's been getting up the 50's during the day.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week :)
Thanks :D Hehe, yay for dancing, I goofed around and did zumba steps too
DeleteWe do not even have frost everyday now, it's + temps
Oh wow I didn't realize you had limited daylight in the winter.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, and two weeks still to go before it changes so it will get less and less.
DeleteGreat week but I don't think I would cope with 5 hours a day daylight. Snow and grey skies sure put a dampner on going outside.
ReplyDeleteSnow is awesome, srsly, I mean it. When you have 4 hours of daylight at its darkest time then you need snow. it makes it lighter
DeleteYou're doing great!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteHope your work party was lots of fun! That's a good reason to have a late post!
ReplyDeleteIt was :D Best so far
DeleteWow I thought I was doing good getting 6000 steps. Way to go
ReplyDelete6000 is good too!
DeleteDancing totally accounts and it doesn't even feel like exercise ... win. Great week!
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteOh man. Winter weather. Ahhh!
ReplyDeleteWinter for months here so...
