So I married a demon slayer - anthology

Hot! by Kathy Love
At Hot! Magazine, the devil really does wear Prada. When the CEO is an actual demon and the mail room guys are undercover demon slayers, it's not beyond the realm of possibility for an up-and-coming photographer and a model possessed by much more than a sweet tooth to fall in love.

What Slays In Vegas by Angie Fox
When a sexy succubus comes up against a fearless demon slayer intent on killing her boss, a truly wild Vegas night turns into a quickie wedding. But in a city where anything goes, a demon slayer wedding a succubus is strictly forbidden. Which doesn't mean either is rushing to jump out of the marriage bed.

The Bride Wore Demon Dust by Lexi George
He's perfection in a tuxedo - more so out of it - and on a mission to protect his Alabama gal from the mysterious mayhem intent on her destruction. But the bride is a spunky steel magnolia with special powers of her own, determined to drop-kick evil forces across the state line and give her slayer a run for his money.

My thoughts:
3 stories, here we go

HOT! by Kathy Love
Why they did not tell him at once is one thing I wonder about. But hey it's about the drama and tension. But please people, oh you work for demons btw. How hard is that to say? But it was a fun short one, maybe I can only do pnr in small doses.

What Slays In Vegas by Angie Fox
Succubus meets demon slayer. Here I did not mind if it was lust quickly cos she is succubus and he paid for it ;) Fun.

I think PNR actually still works for me, BUT only if there is humour included. I so do NOT do the whole:

"You are my soul mate. We are destined for each other, and if we do not boink at once, I will wander the deserts alone. I will climb the holy mountain of MT NotBoinked, lay down and die. If you change your mind, or if your holy parts needs me, then You will find my rotten corps there and my still beating heart. To forget me you will have to lay down and die next to me, or eat my bloody heart and never love again."

Sheesh, drama much.

The Bride Wore Demon Dust by Lexi George
Ok so this guy was your typical alpha. "You hot, me hot. We boink". All while he was SO not in love with her, even though he was SO in love with her. But he was a tough warrior who does not feel love. But hey it was amusing.

3 fun stories. I was amused.

And look at me, finally going through the books that have been forever on my shelf, yay.

  3. I can't tolerate PNR without the humor either, it just becomes overly dramatic and ridiculous.

  4. I love Angie Fox's stories because of the humor.

Pretty much the ONLY books working for me right now are funny ones.

  5. I can only read PNR if there's comedy involved as well. Otherwise, it's just too dark. Lol.

  8. These are all authors I've been wanting to read. An anthology would be the perfect thing for me.
