I read :D
I put on headphones and listen to music, loud, I have noticed that Linkin Park is perfect for that.
Walking in nature is always good.
Sauna, oh yes, sauna is great for relaxing!

DeleteThat's a tough one! I like to just relax and do nothing to relieve stress...but then of course, that just makes me feel guilty for being unproductive and for falling behind, which makes me even more stressed, lol!

DeleteYes, definitely good to have some ways to vent the stress. Reading for sure, nature and exercise, but sometimes cooking (though usually that is a chore, LOL).
