Best of February

Happy March!! Is it spring yet??? Here are our Best of's for February!

First, favorite movies:

First is my pick.......Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)
Image result for bohemian rhapsody

"Malik was great and the music obviously rocked."

Now, Carole's.........DUMPLIN (2018)

Dumplin' Poster

"I didn't watch too many movies this month sadly, but I'd have to say this one! Made me feel."

Next, Book favorites:

First, Carole's pick is..............To Tame A Wolf by Susan Krinard

To Tame A Wolf (Historical Werewolf, #5)

"I read a lot of good books, but only one amazing book for the month and it was this one. So good. I recommend this series since this really does need the other books to be read before getting to this one. Loved the characters!"

Now, my pick............Chaosmage by Stephen Aryan

Chaosmage (The Age of Darkness Trilogy, #3)

"Best book was tricky cos I read two great fantasy books, and I re-read the best book ever, but I am not counting that one 😉 So best goes to Chaosmage by Stephen Aryan for creating a fast epic read."

Lastly, best covers:

First mine.....

"Best cover goes to this one because short hair! She has short hair and they gave her short hair, wohoo!"

Now I pick.............

Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices, #1)

"This just captivates the eyes. I can't stop looking at it. It is so cool and it really made me intrigued to read it."

  1. I loved the music in Bohemian Rhapsody but thought the movie was slow in parts. I did love Dumplin', though.

I've been meaning to try Susan Krinard.
Yes, a short haired historical heroine is unique and the cover is stunning.
