Bookish jobs: if you could do something in the bookish world for employment, what would you choose and why?
Librarian obviously. I even have the education for it! But jobs are rare.
But also something in publishing, but I have no idea what people actually do there. I kind of want to get paid for reading new manuscripts and that is it.
Being an author would be fun too, but someone who makes enough for me to only focus on that.

I think if I had the talent I'd like to be an author. Researching a crime novel really interests me! A librarian, too.

DeleteI think I'm weird in that I wouldn't want a career with books. I'll just have fun reading them and stay away from the drama lol

DeleteIndie book stores are a dying breed, but I would love to be a bookseller if job security wasn't an issue.
