Contemporary romance

The more I thought about it the more annoyed I got.

They could not communicate. No one said you had to marry just cos you were preggers, do not blame your problems on others. Thea felt, bleh, I disliked her more and more. She blamed everything on others, fudge girl, maybe you are the problem.

Her sister was toxic. Why the hate? Your brother in law is not the problem, and you are a bitch.

Gavin Gavin, I know you had a hard time finding a woman. And yes you should be loved for who you are, but it would have been better to leave this one behind.

I do not believe in their HEA: They will definitely divorce at some point when Thea has issues again. And Gavin needs to just leave

I am just so disappointed. It was depressing, there was no romance, and nah I wont be reading more.

Nashville Legends second baseman Gavin Scott's marriage is in major league trouble. He’s recently discovered a humiliating secret: his wife Thea has always faked the Big O. When he loses his cool at the revelation, it’s the final straw on their already strained relationship. Thea asks for a divorce, and Gavin realizes he’s let his pride and fear get the better of him.

Distraught and desperate, Gavin finds help from an unlikely source: a secret romance book club made up of Nashville's top alpha men. With the help of their current read, a steamy Regency titled Courting the Countess, the guys coach Gavin on saving his marriage. But it'll take a lot more than flowery words and grand gestures for this hapless Romeo to find his inner hero and win back the trust of his wife.

  1. Sorry it didn't work for you! Maybe in book 2 they get couple's therapy lol

  2. Oh no, well that's a let down. I hope your next book is better.

  3. I read this but found it just okay, you've delved more into why. I didn't go on with the series.

  4. Oh too bad. I had heard nice things about this one

  5. Nice review. So many people love this series, but I've never tried it. I won't be moving it up on my list - but hey... blue pants FTW!

  6. Oh no! I am sorry that this one wasn't great for you.
