9/12/2023 Libraries: do you prefer to visit in-person or check out on-line?
There is just something to browse in a real library. Going online is not the same thing, and I never check out online cos we have the worst section for English books online. So why would I bother. But what I actually do is I do reserve a lot online and pick it up at the book mobile

I do love going in to a physical library here and there, but I check out all of my library books online because it's usually an audio book or an e-copy to read. Sorry to hear they don't have a good selection of English books online for you! Fun that you get a book mobile visiting!

DeleteI do both. My kid typically prefer physical copies so I show up in-person to borrow those, but then sometimes there are books we want to read right away and we can borrow digitally online.

DeleteI have been to my library out here once - to get my card. I was so happy to find out that they had Libby and Hoopla so i don't have to go in lol
ReplyDeleteNow, we have gorgeous libraries in a nearby town (not one I can have a card to). I would probably go there more.
