January 28th: What type of books do you like to cuddle up with in Winter?
It is winter from October to April so I can't really say I read any differently. I read all boooks and genres all the time.
Edit. I forgot to write more *headdesk*
But then I did not have more t say

Me too but I usually don't read holiday books except for between Halloween and New Year
ReplyDeleteIt feels weird reading them at other times
DeleteDuring the winter season, I may end up reading a lot more Christmas stories, but other than that, my reading tastes stay pretty much the same. Hope you're doing well. Hugs, RO
ReplyDeleteXMas is always best around xmas
DeleteI'm not a seasonal reader, I'm more a mood reader. But I read PNR all year long.
ReplyDeleteI do see a lot of pnr on your blog ;)
DeleteYeah yeah I agree. maybe sweet romances.

I kind of just read whatever appeals at the time since I'm a mood reader, but I often gravitate towards mysteries/ thrillers in the fall, I've noticed.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a long winter! I like to read whatever in whatever season, but I do have to say I don't really like reading wintery books in the summer.
ReplyDeleteHaha I don't read differently either. I mean, in the summer, I might like to go with lighter, more entertaining books...but winter? No preference.

I do read seasonally somewhat, but then again, if the blurb catches my attention or a good review hooks me, I snag it.
ReplyDeleteI am a seasonal reader, so anything set during the winter especially and Christmasy books too.
ReplyDeleteI don't really change. Except I read more xmas novels near Xmas time.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Sometimes there really isn't much to say about a topic. I am with you, though. I don't really change my habits - what I read depends on what the new releases are, what is on my TBR, and what I see being recommended.
ReplyDeleteI do the same thing. I read whatever I feel like whenever I feel like it :)
