Mon 4 km bike, 30 min bike
Tue 8 km bike, 1 h workout class
Wed 4 km bike, 1 h zumba
Thu 8 km bike, 45 min zumba toning
Fri 30 min walk, 4 km bike

More snow, which was nice.  Meant to go skiing every day this week, but pooh, -20c is good for walking, but cross country skiing, not so much

  1. We got a little sleet yesterday which made it too slick for walking. Thankfully it's mostly gone now.

  2. We're in the middle of a blizzard right now. We have over a foot of snow so no walking here :) I love your pictures though and Luci is adorable.

    1. When it's warmer than-20c ;) Colder than that, well breathing in cold air while excersising hard is not really good for those poor lungs

  15. Yea for Luci!!

    We have barely any snow. It's so weird, and when the states south of us just got dumped on, I felt a bit sad. But then I went for a walk without having to go over ice and it was better!
