Sat 1 h walk
Sun 30 min walk
Mon 4 km bike, 45 min water aerobics
Tue  30 min walk
Wed 4  km bike, 30 min walk
Thu 30 min walk
Fri 4 km bike, 15 min walk

So, it is not going that well. 30 min is all I can do now, and Thursday's walk was brutal, I can barely do that, Biking works fine, water aerobics is wonderful, walking is hard. But do not worry, it's nothing bad, I am just pregnant ;)
