Have you ever thought of quitting blogging? What made you reconsider the idea?
No! Though sure, maybe a thought here and there, but then I remember at once why I do not. For the community, to talk about books, to share books I like. No, I would not want to stop blogging. I keep going even though it got a lot harder with a little kid, with building a house, with going back to work after maternity leave (which I was on for 2,5 years ;)

YEA for talking about books. I would miss it too much if I didn't blog.

I find it hard myself and I don't have a toddler. But after 8 years and a half, blogging is my happy place, the one where I get to interact with friends and authors alike (I have a handful of indie/small pub ones I beta-read for and try to boost!) and be creative. I will never ever stop until I drop!
Yes, happy place :D I used to read and read, but, this is much more fun

ReplyDeleteI quit blogging once for about one year..I got overwhelmed plus took on too many book tour and reviews so it became like work instead of being fun. Then I came back and 6 years have passed since I'm back. Time flies when you're having fun.
Booktours, authorinteriews, giveaways etc etc. Yes that was really draining! Now books and books, at least for me that is less pressure

DeleteI did last year. I basically took a year hiatus. But I miss it, so I went back this year.
