Sun 30 min walk
Mon 4 km bike. 15 min walk
Tue 1 h yoga, 4 km bike. 20 min walk
Wed 4 km bike. 30 min walk
Thu 5km bike, 30 min walk
Fri 30 min walk, 10 km bike
Bad week :/ Oh and no classes for the second half of the week
That might not be as much as you usually do but I wouldn't call it a bad week because you were active.

I find I'm having at least one "nada" day each week, as well. Hard to get motivated these days.
