My thoughts:
“A Winter Wonderland” by Fern Michaels
Wow, talk about instalove! I know it's a novella, but wait..they met...they talked for a few secs the next day...then they were in love?
Omg so insta.
This one had a case of needed to be longer. Needed some meat on the bones. It could have made a cheesy hallmark movie for sure.
“The Joy of Christmas” by Holly Chamberlin
Sad fact, but it was so boring, snooze alert.
“The Christmas Thief” by Leslie Meier
She should change jobs and make new friends...just saying.
A theft at the hotel!....at the end, so before that the book is about man meeting woman.
“The Christmas Collector” by Kristina McMorris
I finished this one yesterday...and I have forgotten what it was about. It must have been really bad

ReplyDeleteI hear ya
DeleteThis sounds absolutely perfect for this time of year!
ReplyDeleteI should've bought Christmas anthologies to get me through this month. Lol. Sorry this didn't seem to jingle your bells.
ReplyDeleteAnd it was my last one :/
DeleteSorry this collection was disappointing! I'll likely pass on this one since I have so many other Christmas stories waiting to be read.
ReplyDeleteIt was not one of the better ones
DeleteWelp that didn't seem to put you in a festive mood. Boo
ReplyDeleteKaren @For What It's Worth
LOl, nope
DeleteInstalove is not one of my favorites.
ReplyDeletehear hear
DeleteOh doesn't sound like a good anthology. Plus, I don't care for insta love.
ReplyDelete;) Neither do I. It seldom works
DeleteOh dear! Novellas are difficult to write I guess and I read them rarely!
ReplyDeleteSometimes they work, sometimes the crash and burn
DeleteHeh heh, I get the feeling these are more about the cheesy "feel good" vibes rather than the plot.

I think you are right there
DeleteInsta love is not my cup of tea in a full-length novel so I really don't like it in a novella. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteI do understand that
DeleteI love Christmas anthologies, but I'll skip this one.
ReplyDelete;)
DeleteOh boy...I've been into shorts this season just due to being so busy but this really doesn't sound like a winner.
ReplyDeleteI would not recommend it :/
DeleteI've only tried Fern and was meh on her.
ReplyDeleteShe was not that great
DeleteOh... How sad... I saw this and thought "PERFECT VACATION READING." Now I'm thinking "bye-bye."
ReplyDeleteI know :/
Delete*waves* I thought I commented...but I must have commented on this book elsewhere...Mhmmm *thinks*
